Details of the Serious Charges Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham has been charged with dozens of sexual offences – some of which involve some against minors under the age of thirteen – spanning the period from 2017 to 2021. A deputy chief CPS official stated, “Our prosecutors have worked at length to support a thorough and intricate police inquiry, meticulously examining the available evidence to determine that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.” The Investigation The charges come after what police called a “detailed inquiry” into reported assaults at two hospitals: the Royal Stoke university hospital and a facility in Dudley. The defendant will appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January. List of Charges Prosecutors said the forty-five charges he is charged with: Fifteen counts of assault. 17 counts of penetrative assault. Nine counts of sexual assault of a child under 13. 3 counts of penetrative assault on a child under thirteen. 1 count of attempted penetrative assault.
