Given many of the Super Forms showcasing distinctive appearances that emphasize their traits, one thought naturally: What's the best way to link this with zodiac signs? The following is inspired by a mix of vibes, common zodiac traits, and individual observations.

Aries – Super Camerupt

To be truthful, Houndour's evolution was nearly selected for Aries, as both are the Super Form and zodiac symbol that inspire the greatest apprehension. However, a Super Houndoom comes across as always angry, which isn't typical of the Ram's energy, known for being playful, cheerful, and spontaneous. What about Super Heracross that reminds me most of my Taurus friends, however, is its unashamed love of treats. Many past Pokédex entries mention their fondness for sweet sap and how it employs its appendage to hoard it everything, which is pure Bull-sign vibe.

The Twins – Mega Medicham

Observe this total royalty. You cannot tell me this Pokémon is not the life of any gathering, offering an endless stream of chatter to those who wish to hear. Much like an enrapturing, gregarious Twins, it's very simple to imagine Mega Medicham captivating an whole open area with their stories. The always-ready and constantly-worried Virgo is perfectly represented in Mega Victreebel, the Mega with perpetual digestive issues. The zodiac symbol known for being charmingly critical is strongly reflected throughout this Pokémon’s whole lineage, from a perpetually shocked face like a Maiden when you tell them you lack a retirement plan, to its inverted face that’s just like the symbol a Virgo sends to the group chat when everyone says they want to “go with the flow” rather than making a strategy.

Libra – Mega Audino

Look at this sweet, sensitive being, who uses the sensors on its auditory organs to detect how people are emotionally by their pulse. Consistently empathetic – occasionally to a detriment – and striving to maintain the harmony, there are numerous Libras who would likely appreciate Super Audino's abilities. However, to be frank, it would probably just make them worry even more about others.

Scorpio – Super Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a unexpectedly sad origin: Abandoned as a doll, it became sentient through pure hatred and swore revenge on its former owner. Per the Pokédex, Mega Evolution, “enhances its spitefulness.” That sounds exactly like many discussions I’ve had with my intense Scorpion friends. A Scorpion loves karma and comeuppance, making them the ideal pair with Mega Banette.

The Archer – Mega Hawlucha

Each Super Hawlucha and Sagittarians are constantly putting on a show. As a Archer myself, the amount of times I’ve referred to myself some version of a “playful little entertainer” is innumerable. The showiest and most attention-seeking Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even mentions how it “poses to show off its power.” I would do the very same thing if I had a Super Form, making Super Hawlucha the most apt Sagittarius counterpart I can think of.

The Goat – Mega Absol
